The Person Behind Every Project
Meet Darren Cossette
Darren Cossette was born and raised in Medford. He knows this valley, the people in it, and what it means to have a contractor let you down in your own home.
He started All American Trade Work in December 2015 with a straightforward goal: build a painting company that communicated clearly, showed up when it said it would, and delivered results that lasted. Not because it made for a good pitch, but because that's the standard every homeowner in The Rogue Valley deserves.
Today, Darren leads a team that has completed 600+ projects across Southern Oregon. His wife Keri is a local real estate agent, and the two of them understand better than most what a home means to the people who live in it. Every project All American Trade Work takes on is someone's house, their investment, and in a lot of cases, their most valuable asset.
That's not lost on Darren or the crew he's built.

Our Mission
Most homeowners have had at least one bad experience with a contractor. A crew that went quiet mid-project. A finish that didn't hold. A final bill that didn't match the estimate.
All American Trade Work exists to be the alternative to that experience. Since 2015, we've served The Rogue Valley by combining high-quality Sherwin-Williams products, a structured project management process, and a team that communicates from day one to final walkthrough.
We've earned 115+ five-star Google reviews and been recognized as a Silver award winner in the Best of Southern Oregon "Painting Contractor" category in both 2024 and 2025.
But the measure we care most about is simpler than any award. It's whether you'd hire us again, and whether you'd refer us to someone you trust. That's the standard we work toward on every job.
Our Core Values
Customer Promise
Clear communication is not a bonus feature; it's the foundation. From the moment you request an estimate to the day your project is complete, you'll know what's happening, when it's happening, and who to call if you have a question. We deliver what we say we will, on the schedule we agreed to.
Craftsmanship
We take pride in the work. That means thorough surface prep before a brush touches anything, the right products for the right surfaces, and a finished result that reflects the effort that went into it. Clean, professional, and done right the first time.
Ownership
If something comes up during a project, we don't go quiet. We flag it early, bring a solution, and handle it. Our crews and project managers take responsibility for the outcome, not just the hours worked. When you hire All American Trade Work, the result is on us.
One Team
Every person on an All American Trade Work project, from the estimator to the crew on-site, operates from the same playbook. We support each other, communicate through the right channels, and work toward one goal: a finished project you're glad you invested in.
