The outside of your home carries an impression before any conversation happens. Faded paint, weathered wood, and chalky siding communicate something, whether you intend them to or not. All American Trade Work approaches every exterior project with surface preparation as the priority. That means pressure washing, scraping, sanding, and spot priming before any finish coat is applied. Skipping prep is the reason paint fails early, and we don’t skip it.

Our exterior services include siding, trim, shutters, soffits, fascia, gutters, downspouts, garage and front doors, and handrails. We handle minor siding repairs, wood rot replacement, and window or door replacement when needed. Stucco painting is a dedicated service in The Rogue Valley, where stucco exteriors are common and regularly misunderstood as surfaces that cannot be repainted.

All American Trade Work covers and protects all furniture and carpeting before work begins. We handle walls, ceilings, trim, and doors, and also offer drywall repair and texturing, wallpaper removal, popcorn ceiling removal, indoor staining, and carpentry repairs as part of a full interior scope.

For walls and ceilings we use Sherwin-Williams Duration Interior. For trim, doors, and built-ins we use Sherwin-Williams Emerald Trim Urethane, a hard, washable finish that holds up to daily contact and cleans without scuffing. During your free estimate, we walk through sheen levels and product options for each room based on how the space is used. Nothing is selected without your input.

A Transformation Without the Cost of a Full Renovation

Cabinet replacement is disruptive, expensive, and often unnecessary. Full kitchen cabinet replacements can run $20,000 to $50,000 or more. Cabinet painting with the right process and the right products delivers a finish that reads as new, at a fraction of that cost.

The All American Trade Work cabinet process uses an off-site spray booth at our Medford shop. On Day 1, every door and drawer is removed, labeled, and transported for cleaning, sanding, and priming. On Day 2, finish coats are applied in the booth while the boxes are prepped on-site. On Day 3, on-site priming is completed while the doors receive a first finish coat in the booth.

On Day 4, a second finish coat is applied to the doors at the shop while the boxes receive their first finish coat on-site. On Day 5, doors are reinstalled, drawers are returned to their labeled positions, and a final walkthrough is completed to confirm the finish meets the standard before the project is closed.

We use Sherwin-Williams Emerald Trim Urethane and Gallery products. These are the same products specified by cabinet manufacturers for durability, washability, and long-term finish retention. The result is not a brush-and-roller touch-up. It is a factory-quality finish built to last in a working kitchen.

Getting holiday lighting up on a two-story home is not a minor task. Between the ladder time, the untangling, the burned-out bulbs, and the afternoon spent on the roof, the project takes more out of a weekend than most homeowners want to give.

All American Trade Work handles residential Christmas light installation across The Rogue Valley so you can have a finished result without the setup or the takedown. We install, we return to take everything down at the end of the season, and we store it properly so it’s ready for the following year.

Protect What the Weather Has Been Working Against

Decks and fences take more sun, moisture, and foot traffic than any other painted surface on your property. Untreated or improperly coated wood absorbs water, swells, splits, and grays out over time. Restoring a deck that has been left unprotected for too long costs significantly more than maintaining it on a regular cycle.

All American Trade Work handles deck and fence painting and staining across The Rogue Valley. Staining is more common for decks and is typically recommended for surfaces that need deep penetration and grain protection. Painting provides a more uniform finish and stronger surface barrier on fences and pergolas.

We also work on arbors, pergolas, gazebos, sheds, barns, and other outdoor wood structures. Before any coating is applied, surfaces are cleaned, sanded where needed, and evaluated for wood rot or damage that should be addressed first.

Clean Surfaces Are the Foundation of a Lasting Paint Job

Paint applied over dirt, mildew, or oxidation does not bond correctly. It peels faster, fades unevenly, and requires more frequent touch-ups. Pressure washing before a paint project is not optional. It is part of the process.

All American Trade Work offers standalone residential pressure washing in addition to including it as prep on every exterior paint project. We wash siding, decks, fences, driveways, walkways, and window surfaces. We also remove moss from roofs, though we do that without a pressure washer to avoid tile or shingle damage.
