Every Service Backed by the Same Standard

This Macdoel rural property repaint covered a residential home and two outbuildings located about 20 miles from town in Macdoel, CA. All American Trade Work repainted all three structures to match, completed wood repairs, and cleaned and stained the deck with a red accent color.

The exterior painting project took seven working days. Because the property was more than two hours from the shop, the crew stayed on site during the project and completed cleanup before leaving the property.

The homeowner was a repeat customer who asked All American Trade Work to take on the rural property even with the added travel and site logistics. The home had not been painted in about 20 years and was being prepared with a future listing in mind.

Instead of updating only the main residence, the project included the two outbuildings so the structures would share the same exterior color scheme. The deck received a separate red stain to add contrast to the finished property.

The main home and both outbuildings now share an Alabaster body color with Rookwood Blue Green trim, giving the rural property a coordinated exterior. Classic Barn Red adds a separate accent to the cleaned and stained deck.

The project was completed in seven working days, including the exterior work, wood repairs, deck staining, and final cleanup. The total project cost was approximately $18,000 to $20,000.

Rural properties may include more than the main house. Outbuildings, wood repairs, decks, and travel logistics can all affect how an exterior project needs to be planned.
