These Program Terms explain how the Paint Care Plan™ membership from All American Trade Work (“AATW,” “we,” “us”) works. They apply together with each member’s signed Paint Care Plan™ Subscription Agreement.

1. Program Purpose

The Paint Care Plan™ is a maintenance membership designed to preserve the appearance and extend the life of painted surfaces through periodic maintenance and touch-up services. It is proactive maintenance. It is not:

• A full repaint subscription
• An unlimited discounted labor program
• A guarantee against environmental exposure or normal wear and tear

2. Eligibility

To enroll, the property must either have been painted by AATW within the past five (5) years, or pass an initial paint condition check by AATW. If coating failure, substrate deterioration, or significant maintenance neglect is present, corrective work may be required before enrollment. AATW may decline enrollment if property conditions create unreasonable maintenance liability.

3. Membership Plans

The labor discount applies to AATW’s standard labor rates for work beyond your included hours. Paint and materials for any work, including work performed with included hours, are billed to the member at cost unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Exterior Cleaning Services (Paint Care Premier Only)

Each membership year, Premier members receive one exterior pressure washing, one gutter cleaning, and one exterior window cleaning. These services are intended for standard residential homes and are subject to reasonable access, safety conditions, and property size.

Pressure Washing

Includes exterior siding of the primary residence reachable from ground level or standard ladder access. Does not include driveways, walkways, patios, decks, fences, roof cleaning, or detached structures; these can be cleaned for an additional charge at the member discount. Heavy staining, oxidation removal, or specialty treatments may require additional labor.

Gutter Cleaning

Includes debris removal from standard residential gutters and clearing accessible downspout openings on homes two stories or less. Not eligible: homes over two stories, roof pitches greater than 6/12, rooflines requiring specialty safety equipment, or roof access AATW personnel deem unsafe. Does not include gutter repair, underground drain clearing, or blockages beyond accessible openings.

Exterior Window Cleaning

Includes exterior glass on up to 30 standard, accessible windows per visit. Does not include interior glass, skylights, windows requiring lifts or specialty equipment, hard water stain removal, or construction debris removal. Additional windows can be cleaned at the member discount.

5. Membership Year

Your membership year begins on the Effective Date of Enrollment shown on your signed agreement and renews annually unless cancelled under Section 12.

6. Maintenance Season & Scheduling

Our primary Maintenance Season runs November 1 through April 30. Scheduling most maintenance during this window lets us keep quality consistent, give members predictable scheduling, and use crew availability during the off-peak painting season.

Each fall, we contact every active member to schedule an initial walkthrough ahead of the season. The walkthrough and the Paint Cleanout & Recycling service do not count toward included hours or toward the visit guidelines below.

• Paint Care Basic: Work is typically batched into one or two visits during the Maintenance Season.
• Paint Care Pro: Priority booking during the Maintenance Season. Work is typically batched into one or two visits. If you are preparing to list your home for sale outside the season, we will do our best to schedule your touch-ups ahead of the listing, especially exterior work, which depends on the weather.
• Paint Care Premier: Priority booking, with paint maintenance available year-round as availability allows. Included hours may be divided across up to four visits. Exterior cleaning services are scheduled in suitable weather and coordinated with you in advance.

All scheduling is subject to weather, safety considerations, and crew availability. AATW retains final authority over service scheduling. You are always welcome to contact us to request service between scheduled visits.

7. Included Hours & Time Tracking

Included hours apply to on-site labor only and begin when AATW personnel arrive at the property. Labor time includes setup, minor surface preparation, active repair and painting work, and cleanup. Travel time and material drying time are not counted.

As a general guide, a typical touch-up takes 15–20 minutes, and each visit also involves preparation such as filling holes, masking, switching colors, and cleaning tools between areas. Actual counts vary with the scope and condition of each area. We track your hours by visit and will always tell you in advance if requested work is approaching your balance.

8. Paint Cleanout & Recycling

Paint Care Pro and Premier members (and Founding Members, see Section 16) receive one Paint Cleanout & Recycling service per membership year. It is not included with Paint Care Basic. The service includes:

• Sorting paint products stored by the member
• Labeling and organizing usable paint cans
• Removing and recycling unusable or deteriorated paint products
• Recording your colors and products in your Home Color Record

It applies to architectural paints, stains, and coatings (latex and oil-based) staged in a garage or designated storage area, and does not count toward included hours. It is not a general junk removal service; AATW may decline items that are unsafe, unrelated to paint, or beyond a reasonable scope. If specialty disposal is required, any fee will be disclosed and approved by you before it is incurred.

9. Scope of Work, Touch-Ups & Exclusions

Included hours are intended for minor maintenance such as touch-ups, small repairs, and limited repaints. A “touch-up” is a localized repair affecting less than 25% of a specific surface (a wall, ceiling, trim section, or exterior elevation). Common uses include wall and trim touch-ups, nail pop repairs, accent wall or small room repaints, exterior trim repainting, bubbling or peeling paint, split caulking, and front or garage door repaints.

Full-house repaints, complete exterior elevations, major resurfacing, rot repair, structural carpentry, significant drywall replacement, and insurance-related work are not touch-ups. Unless we determine the work can be completed within your available hours, these projects are quoted separately, with your member discount applied where your plan includes one.

10. Hour Rollover

• Paint Care Basic: Hours do not roll forward and reset at the start of each membership year.
• Paint Care Pro & Premier: Unused hours roll forward each year with no expiration for as long as the membership remains active.
• Rolled-forward hours have no cash value. All unused hours, current or rolled forward, expire immediately upon cancellation or non-renewal.

11. Billing, Renewal & Promotions

• Paint Care Basic: Billed annually or quarterly, per the member’s selection. If payment is not resolved within 30 days, AATW may cancel the membership.
• Paint Care Pro & Premier: Annual prepayment required.
• Renewal invoices are issued 30 days before the end of each membership year.

Renewal pricing. AATW may adjust membership pricing at renewal. Any price change will be communicated in writing at least 30 days before your renewal date, along with your renewal invoice. Pricing for a membership term you have already paid for will not change.

Promotional pricing. From time to time AATW may offer introductory or founding-member pricing. Unless the offer states otherwise in writing, promotional pricing applies to the first membership term only, and the membership renews at the then-current rate for that plan.

12. Cancellation

• Paint Care Basic: May be cancelled before the next billing cycle. Prior payments are not refunded.
• Paint Care Pro & Premier: No prorated refunds once the annual term begins. The membership remains active through the prepaid term.
• To cancel or decline renewal, notify AATW in writing (email is fine) before your renewal date.

13. Changing Plans & Selling Your Home

Upgrades

You may upgrade to a higher plan at any time. You will be billed the prorated difference for the remainder of the current membership year, and the new plan’s benefits (hours, discount, priority scheduling, and rollover) take effect immediately.

Downgrades

Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date, not mid-term, and must be requested before that date. If you move from Pro or Premier to Basic, any rolled-forward hours are forfeited when the downgrade takes effect, because Basic does not include rollover.

If you sell your home

Your membership may transfer to the new homeowner for the remainder of the current term. If you relocate within our service area, the new home may be inspected for eligibility.

14. Maintenance Program, Not a Warranty

The Paint Care Plan™ is a preventative maintenance membership. Participation does not guarantee the performance, condition, or lifespan of any paint system and does not replace manufacturer warranties or any separate AATW workmanship warranty. Normal aging, environmental exposure, structural movement, and other conditions outside AATW’s control may still require repainting. AATW is not responsible for normal wear and environmental exposure, structural movement or substrate failure, manufacturer defects, damage caused by third parties, or aesthetic differences caused by aging, fading, or surface conditions.

15. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Program Terms as the Paint Care Plan™ improves. When we do:

• We will email active members a summary of the changes at least 30 days before they take effect, and post the new version on this page with a new version number and effective date.
• Changes that reduce your price, included hours, or discount, or that change how rollover works, take effect at your next renewal date, never in the middle of a term you have already paid for. Hours you have already earned will not be reduced.
• If you do not agree with a change, you may choose not to renew. Renewing your membership after the change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

16. Founding Member (Legacy) Plans

Members who enrolled in 2026 under our original plan structure keep the terms of the agreement they signed for their current membership term. For reference, those plans are summarized below.

Before each founding member’s renewal date, AATW will provide renewal options and pricing in writing. Founding members who renew will move to a current plan under the Program Terms in effect at that time, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
