What Your Service Hours Can Be Used For
Your included hours may be used for common paint maintenance tasks such as:
- Wall and trim touch-ups
- Nail pop repairs
- Accent wall repaints
- Caulking and sealing small gaps, then touching up with paint
- Exterior trim paint touch-ups
- Small room refresh work
- Pre-listing cosmetic improvements
If a project requires more time than your included service hours, you can request a change order for the additional work. We will then provide you with a price, including your exclusive member discount, and proceed once you approve.

At $250 per quarter, this is designed for homeowners who want light, ongoing paint maintenance.
Includes annually:
- 8 service hours per year (2 hours accrue each quarter)
- Accrual cap: 16 hours
- 10% discount on labor for additional work
- Work is typically scheduled in 1–2 visits during Maintenance Season
- Annual Paint Cleanout & Recycling service
2. Protection+ Membership
At $979 per year (annual prepay), this is ideal for homeowners who want expanded maintenance coverage and priority scheduling.
Includes annually:
- 10 service hours per year
- Accrual cap: 20 hours
- 15% discount on labor for additional work
- Priority scheduling during Maintenance Season
- Annual Paint Cleanout & Recycling service
3. All American Membership
At $3,500 per year (annual prepay), this is our most comprehensive plan for homeowners who want their home’s appearance maintained by one trusted company.
The All American Membership is designed for homeowners who value convenience and want their home to stay clean, maintained, and ready to show without coordinating multiple contractors.
In addition to expanded paint maintenance coverage, this plan includes annual exterior cleaning services to help preserve your home’s appearance and protect the surfaces we maintain.
Includes annually:
- 14 service hours per year
- Accrual cap: 28 hours
- 20% discount on labor for additional work
- Priority scheduling during Maintenance Season
- Annual Paint Cleanout & Recycling service
Plus annual exterior services:
- Exterior pressure washing (home exterior only)
- Gutter cleaning (accessible gutters)
- Exterior window cleaning (up to 30 windows)
